A: The July 20 Pay-Per-View (PPV) is the broadcast of Pacquiao vs. Barrios, WBC World Welterweight Title fight, scheduled for July 20, 2025 (8:00 AM, Philippine time), via SKY TV.

A: Customers can watch on SKY TV Channel 1 or 2 by subscribing to the PPV.

Q: How much is the PPV?

A: The standard PPV rate is ₱499.00 (VAT-inclusive). This will rate be available on July 6 until July 20, 2025, 10:00 AM. A discounted promotional rate will be offered at ₱399.00 (VAT-inclusive), valid only until July 5, 2025, 11:59 PM.

Q: Where can I subscribe to the PPV?

A:

1. Scan the QR code in Channel 1 using your mobile phone; or Open a browser and type https://pay.rbu.com.ph on the address bar.
2. Type your Account Number (as shown below the QR code) and click on “Proceed to Payment” button. Make sure your account type is Residential and status is Active.
3. Choose your payment option and complete the payment process.
4. Go to Channel 1 or 2 and enjoy the PPV! If the channel still shows the QR code, please press “OK” on your remote to refresh. Please take note that it may take 3-5 minutes for the PPV channel to activate.

Q: Will I get a confirmation after I complete the subscription process?

A: Since the ordering and payment is done online, the customer may expect two types of confirmation:

1. SMS Notification from the Payment Method Partner
   ex. If the customer used MAYA as the payment method, an SMS notification from MAYA will be received.
2. Email notification from MAYA
   This wil include the total amount paid, date of payment, and other transaction references

Q: I’m getting an “Invalid Account” error. Why is this?

A: You have to make sure that the account number you are entering is the same account number shown in the My Account page of your Xperience Hub. To go to the My Account Page, press “Home” on your remote then navigate to “My Account”.

If your account is bundled with Netflix, don’t forget to include “-N” at the end of your account number.

Q: Can I charge the PPV subscription to my ISP or IPTV provider?

A: No, charging to your bill via your ISP or IPTV provider isn’t an option. However, you can easily pay using your credit or debit cards, e-wallets, and other convenient payment methods.
